Personal advisory service, information and support

for people with disabilities

Disabled persons have special needs. In the advisory service office for disabled persons at the town hall on Porscheplatz, the City of Essen provides its residents and their family members with free support and assistance.

Advisory service and support

In personal discussions, you can receive advice and information regarding the special rights of disabled persons. Upon request, various tasks can be taken on, and passed on to other offices in a legally effective manner. More details on this can be found under the adjacent link "Form sheets". Applications can also be submitted by identifiably authorised persons or holders of a power of attorney. If required, necessary contacts can be made with other responsible offices, including those outside the city administration.
