Rent index

General

The rent index 2011 was concluded on 21 November 2011, and made accessible on the internet. It will be valid until the next edition of the rent index is released - expected to be in 2 years.

How do I find the rental value?

The rental value of a property is determined from the rent index 2011 using four major characteristics:

  • Age of the building
  • Location in city district (property location)
  • Fixtures and fittings of the apartment and the building
  • Other effects

In the 29-page brochure, you can find not only the actual rent index, but also:

  • 169 (!) precisely described comparison properties
  • Explanations of proper use
  • Tips and examples for rent calculation
