Welcome- und ServiceCenter Essen (WSC)

The Welcome and ServiceCenter remains open. However, there are some exceptions because of the Corona-pandemic:

• You can only visit the WelcomeCenter with an appointment. Please make one via phone or e-mail. It is necessary to be permitted to enter the building.
• Please avoid being accompanied by other people. Try to come alone whenever possible.
• A maximum of three people is permitted in the waiting area. Whenever the maximum capacity is reached, it will not be possible to enter the office.
• Please do always keep a security distance of at least 1.50 meters.
