Bringing together citizens of Essen who have the same ideas regarding "living in a communal residential project" is the primary objective of the new information and contact exchange for communal living at the Allbau customer centre on Kennedyplatz, which was officially opened on 15 March 2011.
The new information and contact exchange was developed in close cooperation between the City of Essen and Allbau AG as a result of an application for advice from the CDU and Bündnis 90/Die Grünen political parties, and is now supervised by Anna Heimansberg.
The information and contact exchange is also a contact partner for investors that wish to implement a residential project, and for landowners that own an appropriate plot of land or building for a residential project.
